Apex Group Technologies Inc. acquires controlling stake in MapsPeople

Goodmans LLP advised Apex Group Technologies Inc., a company backed by Round13 Capital, in connection with its acquisition of at least 51% and up to approximately 64% of the shares of MapsPeople A/S.

Following the transaction agreement, MapsPeople delisted its shares from trading on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market Denmark.

Round13 Capital is a Toronto-based venture capital firm that invests in startup companies. Apex Group Technologies is a Canadian technology consolidator backed by Round13 Capital, focused on acquiring and scaling vertical software and tech-enabled platforms.
