Argonaut Gold Inc. Announces Successful Completion of Magino Financing Package
Goodmans LLP represented Macquarie Bank Limited and a syndicate of lenders in connection with a financing provided to Argonaut Gold Inc. ("Argonaut").
The US$250 million financing consists of term loan of US$200 million and a revolving credit facility of US$50 million, to be used to refinancing existing debt, and the ongoing development and construction of the Magino gold mine project located in Northern Ontario.
Argonaut holds the construction stage Magino project, the mine property which is a past producing underground gold mine located 40 kilometres northeast of Wawa, Ontario.
