Artis REIT Completes Offerings of Preferred Trust Units

Goodmans LLP represented the syndicate of underwriters in connection with Artis’ bought deal offering of 5,000,000 cumulative minimum rate reset preferred trust units, Series I ("Series I Units") at a price of $25.00 per Series I Unit for gross proceeds of $125,000,000 including the exercise of the over-allotment option in full. The syndicate of underwriters was led by TD Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank.
