Loop Energy Inc. Completes IPO

Goodmans LLP acted for the underwriters in connection with Loop Energy Inc.’s initial public offering and listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Pursuant to the Offering, Loop issued 6,250,000 Common Shares at a price of $16.00 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $100,000,000.
