Oxford Properties Group Trust announces C$700 million dual-tranche Senior Unsecured Notes offering
Goodmans LLP acted for CIBC Capital Markets, TD Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and the agents in connection with their role as ratings advisors and agents for a C$700 million dual-tranche senior unsecured notes offering for Oxford Properties Group Trust (“OPGT”).
This marks OPGT’s inaugural transaction in the Canadian debt capital markets. The offering comprises of $450 million 4.5-year Series 1 and $250 million 7-year Series 2 senior unsecured notes. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to repay certain unsecured indebtedness of the obligors including, without limitation, certain existing OMERS Realty Corp. unsecured debt and certain other indebtedness.
