Goodmans represented Insight Equity Holdings LLC who through its portfolio company, Material Sciences Corporation acquired Continuous Colour Coat Limited also known by its tradename Metal Koting. The purchase price was undisclosed. Headquartered in Detroit, Material Sciences Corporation is a specialty coater and laminator of steel and aluminum products for niche automotive and industrial applications. Metal Koting provides galvanized, painted and printed steel and aluminum coils to a varity of companies in the construction, automotive, leisure product and packaging industries.
