Medical Facilities Corporation Completes US$150 Million Credit Facility
Goodmans LLP represented Medical Facilities Corporation in connection with its completion of a US$150 Million syndicated revolving credit facility.
The new credit facility has a five year maturity and replaces Medical Facilities’ C$100 Million facility which was due to mature at the end of 2018. The new credit facility may be used for acquisitions and other general corporate purposes.
The lending syndicate included National Bank of Canada, The Toronto-Dominion Bank and HSBC Bank Canada.
