Privatization of Genworth MI Canada Inc.

(formerly Genworth MI Canada Inc.) by Brookfield Business Partners L.P. together with its affiliates and institutional partners, that were not already owned by Brookfield at CDN $43.50 in cash per share for consideration of approximately CDN $1.63 billion.
