Ratio.City Completes $1 Million Seed-Stage Financing led by 2048 Ventures

Goodmans LLP represented Ratio.City in its $1 million seed financing led by 2048 Ventures.

2048 Ventures as lead investor, with participation from Riocan Real Estate Investment Trust, Tercot Developments, Rockport Capital, Symcorp Capital, and Guloien Capital. The new funding will be used to grow Ratio.City’s sales team and enhance its technology by increasing data points and geographical locations.

Ratio.City is currently being incubated at Ryerson University’s DMZ, where Goodmans LLP acts as “legal counsel in residence”.
