Through this webinar (as part of the OBA Information Technology and Intellectual Property program), an experienced panel of speakers will discuss the legal and technical considerations in choosing and working with an expert witness in complicated IP matters.  Through a moderated conversation, this panel of speakers will provide a holistic view of the practical considerations in these matters, both as IP lawyers, and as an expert witness who is testifying before the court.
