Larissa Fulop is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans. She represents individuals and corporations in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including complex business disputes involving breach of contract, negligence, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Owen Gaffney is a Partner in a business law group at Goodmans. He is developing his practice in the areas of healthcare, private equity and real estate, with an additional focus on privacy and data security matters. Owen is also team lead for innovation and technology with SenbridGe by Goodmans.
Christina Liao is a Partner in a business law group at Goodmans. Her practice is transaction based, with a focus on corporate and securities law. She advises public and private companies and their investors on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions, equity and debt financings and corporate governance matters.
Jaclyn Tilak is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement disputes. Jaclyn’s practice has spanned numerous diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals (small molecules, biologics and vaccines), biotechnology, healthcare devices and mobility aids, oil and gas (including hydraulic fracturing), green energy (including wind turbines) and consumer goods (including detergents).
