Christina is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans.
Her practice is transaction based, with a focus on corporate and securities law. She advises public and private companies and their investors on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions, equity and debt financings and corporate governance matters. Christina also assists clients with continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance, reorganizations and other corporate and securities law requirements.
