Patent Impact Case of the Year - Takeda Canada v Apotex (2024 FC 106)
Goodmans successfully represented Apotex Inc., with a trial team comprised of Andrew Brodkin, Jenene Roberts, Jaclyn Tilak, Jerry Topolski and Emily Groper, in which they avoided a finding of patent infringement sought by Takeda relating to dexlansoprazole products. This is the team's second impact case of the year award in 2025.
