Caitlin Woodford is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans. She is developing her practice in the area of corporate/commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Before joining Goodmans, Caitlin practiced in employment and labour law at a Toronto law firm where she provided advice to employers in all areas of employment and labour law, including pre-employment and hiring issues, employment standards, human rights and accommodation, labour relations, privacy, occupational health and safety, and wrongful dismissal. Caitlin also advised on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
While in law school, Caitlin completed an exchange semester at the University of Hong Kong. She also worked as a caseworker at the Queen's Prison Law Clinic and was a Senior Editor on the Queen's Law Journal.
