Chris Baxter is a partner in the Tax Group at Goodmans.
His practice focuses on all aspects of income and commodity taxation that arise in corporate and commercial transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, public offerings, financings, debt restructurings and real estate transactions. He also has experience planning and implementing tax-driven corporate reorganizations for various private company clients.
