National Fire acquired by Wolseley Canada, a subsidiary of Ferguson Enterprises
Goodmans LLP advised National Fire Equipment Limited and National Fire Fabrication Limited (collectively, “National Fire”) in connection with the sale of its business to Wolseley Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: FERG; LSE: FERG).
The acquisition expands Ferguson’s fire protection and fabrication portfolio in Canada and enhances National Fire’s product offering to its customers. National Fire will continue to do business under the National Fire brand, and will be integrated into Wolseley Canada.
National Fire is a market leader of fire and fabrication products and services, with seven locations across Eastern and Western Canada, including two fabrication facilities, serving fire protection professionals.
