Jake has a broad, transaction-based practice in corporate and securities law. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions, equity and debt financings, issuer bids and private equity investments and divestitures. Jake also assists clients with matters relating to continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance, reorganizations and other corporate and securities law requirements.
