• Primo Water Corporation in its merger with an affiliate of BlueTriton Brands, Inc., creating a leading North American pure-play healthy hydration company with diversified offerings across products, formats, channels and consumer occasions.
• Cox Enterprises, Inc. in the disposition of Cox Automotive’s Manheim Canada business to OPENLANE.
• Cineplex Inc. in connection with its sale of Player One Amusement Group to OpenGate Capital for C$155 million.
• FASHIONPHILE, LLC in connection with its acquisition of the inventory, intellectual property assets, including domains, and other intangible assets of LXRandCO, Inc.
• M&M Food Market, a subsidiary of funds managed by Searchlight Capital Partners, in its sale to Parkland Corporation for C$322 million.
• Altria Client Services LLC, a subsidiary of Altria Group, Inc., in its acquisition of multi-substrate heated capsule technology for a total purchase price of US$100.5 million, subject to certain ‎adjustments and holdbacks.
• Vertu Capital in connection with its sale of Firmex.
• Sunridge Partners in connection with its sale of Ontario Plants Propagation Limited.
• Docebo Inc. in its initial public offering for total gross proceeds of C$75 million and US initial public offering and Canadian offering for total gross proceeds of US$165 million.
• Docebo Inc. on its acquisitions of Edugo.AI and forMetris.
• Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) in its initial public offering for gross proceeds of US$631.30 million.
• Incline Equity Partners in its acquisition of Sunterra Horticulture (Canada) Inc., a major producer of professional-grade sphagnum peat moss through its portfolio company Profile Products LLC and its acquisition of Specialty Products & Insulation.
• The Special Committee of independent directors of the board of directors of WonderFi Technologies Inc. in connection with WonderFi's acquisition by a wholly owned subsidiary of Robinhood Markets, Inc.
• McCain Capital Inc. on several portfolio acquisitions, including the acquisitions of Loungeworks Corporation, Classic Fire Protection Inc., Forest City Fire Protection Inc. and Access Rigging Services Inc.
• The issuer on numerous follow on public offerings, including those by Docebo Inc., Dayforce Inc., and HudBay Minerals Inc. 
• Various US private equity firms on Canadian acquisitions and investments, including the investment by Fort Point Capital in Nova (previously Polar) and the investment by Mountaingate Capital in The Mars Agency.
