
Overview
Shannon Skillings is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. She is developing a broad corporate practice acting for both private and public companies.
Shannon’s practice is transaction-based, with a particular emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law. She advises public and private companies and their investors on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions, equity and debt financings and corporate governance matters. Shannon also assists clients with continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance, reorganizations and other corporate and securities law requirements.
