Eran Rubman is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He has a broad transactional practice involving all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
Eran advises private equity firms and public and private strategic clients on a broad range of M&A transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, joint ventures, divestitures and sale transactions. Eran also advises emerging companies on venture capital financings, commercial agreements, and day-to-day corporate matters.
Eran received his J.D. from Western University in 2021, where he graduated with distinction. During law school, he was an active member of the Western Community Legal Services Clinic, providing members of the London community with pro bono legal counsel.
Eran first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2020. After articling with the firm, he became an associate in 2022.
