Eran Rubman is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He is developing a broad practice in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, venture capital and private equity.
Eran received his J.D. from Western University in 2021, where he graduated with distinction. During law school, he was an active member of the Western Community Legal Services Clinic, providing members of the London community with pro bono legal counsel.
Eran first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2020. After articling with the firm, he became an associate in 2022.
