Maddy Cummings

She is developing a practice focused on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance.

Maddy earned her law degree from Western University, where she was recognized on the Dean’s Honour List and received the Margaret H. McNulty Prize, awarded to a student demonstrating exceptional promise. Prior to law school, she studied business with a focus on finance at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
