Matthew Stackhouse is an Associate in the business law group at Goodmans.
His practice focuses on corporate transactions, with an emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate finance.
Matthew obtained his law degree from Queen’s University, graduating on the Dean’s Honour List and earning the Queen’s Law Prize in Corporate Finance.
