Boat Rocker Media completes reverse take-over by Blue Ant Media

Goodmans LLP acted as counsel for the Special Committee of the Board of Boat Rocker Media Inc. in connection with its reverse take-over by Blue Ant Media implemented by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act.

The resulting company was renamed "Blue Ant Media Corporation" and began trading on the TSX under the new ticker symbol “BAMI”.

Through the combination of its public listing, a strengthened balance sheet, and significant net cash post-transaction, Blue Ant is strategically positioned for profitable global growth, both organically and through M&A.
