STT Enviro Corp. Acquired by Carmeuse Lime (Canada) Limited

Goodmans LLP represented STT Enviro Corp. (“STT”) in the acquisition by Carmeuse Lime (Canada) Limited (“Carmeuse”), by way of a take-over bid with over 90% of the common shares deposited pursuant to the bid and the balance acquired by way of compulsory acquisition.

STT supplies cost effective, incremental, environmental improvements to traditional industrial products. Its two operating groups, STT Enviro Corp. Systems & Solutions and STT Enviro Corp. Tanks & Industrial, work to reduce their customers' environmental footprint, cost efficiently.

Carmeuse Lime (Canada) Limited owns and operates three lime plants and one limestone quarry in Ontario. It is part of the Carmeuse group of Companies, a leading manufacturer of lime and limestone products that is headquartered in Belgium and operates in about 90 locations.
