Dentalcorp acquires Northstar Dental Partners

Goodmans LLP advised Dentalcorp in connection with its entry into the U.S. market through the acquisition of Northstar Dental Partners.

The partnership marks a landmark acquisition as Dentalcorp’s first partnership in the United States and brings its network to over 650 supported practices across North America.

Dentalcorp is Canada’s largest and one of North America’s fastest-growing networks of dental practices.
