Group led by Michael Andlauer buys Ottawa Senators

Goodmans LLP acted for an entity controlled by Michael Andlauer in connection with its purchase of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club from the Melnyk Estate.

The Ottawa Senators are one of seven NHL franchises based in Canada.

Concurrently with the purchase, Goodmans LLP also acted for Michael Andlauer on the sale of his interest in the Montreal Canadiens.
