Kilmer Sports Ventures acquires Toronto Tempo expansion franchise of the WNBA

Goodmans LLP is counsel to Kilmer Sports Ventures, part of the Kilmer Group, a multi-generational platform for business development and investment, and is advising on the set up and continuing ownership expansion of the “Toronto Tempo”, the first Women's National Basketball Association  expansion franchise awarded outside of the United States, including advising in connection with private third party investor financing of the acquisition.
