Kilmer Sports Ventures invests in Professional Women's Hockey League

Goodmans LLP is counsel to Kilmer Sports Ventures, owned by Lawrence M. Tanenbaum, in connection with its minority investment of US$100 million in the Professional Women’s Hockey League.  

Kilmer Sports Ventures and the Detroit-based Ilitch Companies have become the first outside investors in the Professional Women's Hockey League since its establishment in 2023.
