Klass Capital leads Series A investment in Workwize B.V.

Goodmans LLP acted for Klass Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based private equity firm that invests in enterprise software businesses, in connection with its $13 million Series A funding of Workwize B.V.

Led by Klass Capital Corporation and supported by Peak and the Graduate Entrepreneur Fund, this investment will accelerate Workwize's integration of AI-driven automation, making it the first platform to fully automate the IT equipment lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to retrieval and disposal.
