Pon Holdings Acquisition of Dorel Sports

Goodmans LLP acted for Pon Holdings B.V. in connection its acquisition of Dorel Sports for US$810 million on a debt and cash free basis.

Pon’s acquisition of Dorel Sports, which includes which includes Cannondale, Schwinn, GT, Mongoose and other bike brands, created a leading bicycle company in the world with a combined revenue of approximately 2.5 billion Euro, and supported Pon Holdings’ strategy to build a complete portfolio of premium and electric bike brands covering all categories.
