The Kilmer Group in connection with the sale of the Toronto Argonauts Football Club to Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment

Goodmans LLP represented The Kilmer Group in the sale of the Toronto Argonauts Football Club from joint owners Bell Canada and The Kilmer Group to Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (“MLSE”) for an undisclosed amount.

With approval from the Canadian Football League Board of Governors, MLSE completed the acquisition of the Argos on January 19, 2018.
