Voyant Beauty Acquires KIK Personal Care Business

Goodmans LLP represented Wind Point Partners and its portfolio company, Voyant Beauty Holdings, LLC in its acquisition of KIK Personal Care (KPC) business of KIK Custom Products, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners.
