Vancouver Airport Authority will have a number of important implications for determining market definition, interpreting the meaning of a “plausible competitive interest”, and proving a legitimate business justification. Our panelists include lawyers representing both the Commissioner and the Vancouver Airport Authority as well as experienced experts in this area who will be discussing this case and related issues arising where a firm is allegedly dominant in one market but allegedly engaged in conduct causing a substantial prevention or lessening of competition in another market.
