Canada Practitioner of the Year - Patent Disputes

Congratulations to Goodmans Partner Andrew Brodkin, named Canada Practitioner of the Year (Patent Disputes) for the second year in a row.

Goodmans Intellectual Property Litigation Group, with a team led by Andrew Brodkin and Daniel Cappe, once again won an Impact Case of the Year award for their representation of ARC Resources Ltd. Rockies LNG and Birchcliff Energy Ltd., in which they successfully avoided patent infringement sought by Steelhead LNG Ltd. for inventions related to at-shore liquefaction of natural gas.
