Canada Practitioner of the Year - Patent Disputes

Congratulations to Goodmans partner Andrew Brodkin, named Canada Practitioner of the Year (Patent Disputes) for the second year in a row.

Rockies LNG and Birchcliff Energy Ltd., in which they successfully avoided patent infringement sought by Steelhead LNG Ltd. for inventions related to at-shore liquefaction of natural gas.
