Andrew Brodkin and Daniel Cappe of the Goodmans Intellectual Property Litigation Group acted as counsel to ARC Resources Ltd., Rockies LNG Limited Partnership, Rockies LNG GP Corp., and Birchcliff Energy Ltd., in which they successfully resisted an appeal seeking to reverse the finding of a trial judge that the relevant claims of a patent owned by Steelhead LNG Ltd. related to liquified natural gas facilities were invalid on multiple bases.
