Overview
Madeline Warren is an associate in a Business Law Group at Goodmans. She is developing a broad practice in corporate matters, including, public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity transactions and corporate governance.
Maddie received her J.D. from the University of Windsor, where she finished with the highest standing in her second-year class. During law school, Maddie was the recipient of numerous awards for academic excellence, including, the Teresa Merlo Memorial Award and the Harold G. Fox Bursary. Previously, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, where she was Captain of the Varsity Track and Field team.

- Investindustrial and its portfolio company, Sammontana S.p.A., in connection with their acquisition of La Rocca Creative Cakes Inc.
- Warren Equity Partners and its portfolio companies in connection various M&A transactions.
- Bakelite Synthetics, a global integrated producer of specialty resins, systems and engineered molding compounds, in its acquisition of LRBG Chemicals Inc. and its Longueuil, QC manufacturing plant.
- Kent Road Capital on its acquisition of a majority interest in Cube Packaging Solutions Inc., a manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions for restaurant and retail customers.

- Carbon Upcycling Technologies, a cleantech startup with carbon capture and utilization technology, in connection with its US$26M Series A round.
