Mark Leonard is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Goodmans. He maintains a broad practice across several areas, but primarily divided between complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Mark’s complex commercial practice includes shareholder and oppression issues, fiduciary duty claims, allegations of contractual breaches, wrongful dismissal and other employment-related claims, and misrepresentations. His intellectual property practice involves patent infringement actions at the trial level.
Mark has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts as well as the Federal Court of Canada. He also has experience assisting clients with alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
He is developing his practice in the area of civil litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial matters.
