Join our plenary session to hear first-hand from experts in excess soil in the municipal and environmental sector. The program will review the excess soil regime, municipal by-laws prohibiting deposits of excess soil, and how the construction industry is managing compliance.

Our panel will discuss the evolution of inclusionary zoning, including the City of Toronto’s recent adoption of the first inclusionary zoning regime. Our speakers will also examine changes to the Development Charges Act, 1997 as well as the impact of secondary suites on affordable housing.
