Blue Ant's go-public reverse takeover transaction of Boat Rocker

Goodmans acted as counsel for the Special Committee of the Board of Boat Rocker Media Inc. in connection with its reverse take-over by Blue Ant Media implemented by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
