Julia Martschenko is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans.
Julia maintains a broad civil litigation practice. She regularly advocates for clients on a range of matters, including public law, securities law, contractual disputes, and professional negligence. She has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and has acted on leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada.
After summering and articling at major Bay street firm, Julia served as a clerk at the Court of Appeal for Ontario to The Honourable David Watt, The Honourable Benjamin Zarnett and Justice Eileen E. Gillese. She also spent a year working in commercial barristers’ chambers as a Harold G. Fox Scholar in London, England.
Julia graduated from law school with a medal in law for receiving a top three standing in her graduating year.
