Roy Friedman is an associate in the Tax Group at Goodmans.

He is developing a broad practice focusing on all aspects of income and commodity taxation that arise in corporate and commercial transactions.

Roy advises clients on a wide range of tax matters, with a practice encompassing tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and tax litigation.
