Daniels Humber River Redevelopment

Goodmans LLP obtained approvals for Daniels Humber River Corporation related to a plan of subdivision, zoning and site plan approval to permit 650 mid-rise and townhouse residential units, parkland, a new road and open space.

Goodmans also provided advice regarding the implementation of the subdivision, including development charge matters, road dedication and environmental approvals on the former site of the Humber River Hospital.
