Goodmans LLP is acting for Oxford Properties Group in connection with several high-profile development projects, including the redevelopment of Canada Square at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto. 

Goodmans is assisting Oxford with land use and related applications required for the  comprehensive mixed-use redevelopment that will reset and reimagine the block, creating more green space, street level interaction, improved pedestrian access and strikingly designed architecture at 2200 Yonge Street, 2190 Yonge Street and 2180 Yonge Street.
