Oxford Properties Group Redevelopment at Scarborough City Centre

Goodmans LLP is acting for Oxford Properties Group in connection with the official plan and zoning by-law amendment applications for a mixed-use redevelopment west of Scarborough City Centre.

The project includes the redevelopment of 25 Borough Drive, and would be comprised of 3 towers rising to 32, 41 and 50 storeys, built on 7-story podiums with retail and townhome units at grade level. The project will also include a reworking of the roads around Scarborough Town Centre.
