Goodmans LLP is acting for The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company in connection with the redevelopment of its office assets of 625 Church Street and the proposed revitalization of the Manulife Head Office at 200 Bloor Street East.

The projects will see a new mixed-use tower with enhanced pedestrian experience, residential and office space as well as street-front retail at 625 Church, and the revitalization of Manulife headquarters South Tower, which was originally built in 1926.
